One morning, McToken discovers a shell in the sand which draws his attention to a sparkling object: glasses with multi-colored lenses. By putting them on, he discovers that he can see and communicate with the inhabitants of the island, pixelated natives resembling video game characters from the 80s. He then meets CocoBarrel, a charismatic Monckey, guardian of the island, with whom he will discover all the secrets of Gethappy Island.
